Products are only manufactured after an order has been placed. Therefore, there is usually a production time of 2 to 5 business days before actual shipping.

Tracking
As soon as tracking data is available, a tracking number will be provided. This allows the shipping status of the order to be tracked.
Production close to the delivery address
If available, a production site as close as possible to the delivery address will be chosen to shorten shipping routes. Depending on the product, destination country, and availability, the production site may vary in individual cases.
Personalization
Personalizations cannot be configured directly in the shop, but are only possible on request. Whether an implementation is feasible depends on the respective motif, product, and production process.

The delivery information applicable to the specific order is displayed bindingly in the checkout. The destination country, product, value of goods, and available options are taken into account.
