Shipping is currently free to Germany, USA, Canada, Italy, Spain, France, Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, and Portugal.

DDP applies to deliveries to the European Union, Norway, the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore. For these supported destination countries, import duties and customs costs are handled in advance, meaning that generally no additional fees are incurred upon delivery.

If available, a production site as close as possible to the delivery address will be chosen to shorten shipping routes. Depending on the product, destination country, and availability, the production site may vary in individual cases.

Each item is made especially for you after you place your order. Production usually takes up to 5 business days, but is often faster.

After production is complete, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on the destination country and shipping provider.
