Production Time and Delivery Time

The production time is usually 2–5 business days.

The shipping time is added afterwards:

Shipping Zone Shipping Time after Production Estimated Total Delivery Time
Germany 1–3 business days approx. 3–8 business days
USA & Canada 3–5 business days approx. 5–10 business days
Europe I 3–5 business days approx. 5–10 business days

Switzerland 4–7 business days approx. 6–12 business days
Other Countries 4–8 business days approx. 6–13 business days

The stated delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur in individual cases due to public holidays, high shipping volumes, regional delivery conditions or customs processing.

Customer-Proximity Shipping

I work with an international production and shipping network. Whenever possible, orders are produced and shipped close to the customer’s location.

This helps keep transport routes shorter and usually allows your order to arrive faster — without sending the mug on an unnecessary trip around the world.

Customs, Import Duties and DDP

For international deliveries, customs fees, import duties or local taxes may generally apply.

My production partner states that deliveries to certain regions are shipped with DDP – Delivered Duty Paid.

DDP means:
Customs and import duties are already taken into account for the delivery. In these cases, the customer should not have to make an additional customs payment upon delivery.

According to the production partner, this applies to:

European Union

United Kingdom

Norway

USA

Canada

Australia / New Zealand

Singapore

Important: DDP only relates to customs and import duties connected with the delivery. VAT, value-added tax or sales tax must be considered separately and depend on the applicable regulations of the destination country.

For countries outside the listed DDP regions, additional customs fees, import duties or local taxes may apply. These fees may be charged directly by the customs authority or the shipping carrier and are to be paid by the customer.

This may be particularly relevant for deliveries to Switzerland or other international shipping destinations.

Tracking

As soon as your order has been produced and handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive tracking information, where available.

Please note that tracking information may sometimes only update after a few hours or on the next business day.

Damage during Transport

If an item arrives damaged, please contact me promptly with a few photos of the damaged item and the packaging.

A return of damaged goods is usually not required. I will review the case as quickly as possible and take care of a suitable solution.

Delivery Address

Please make sure that your delivery address is complete and correct. Especially for international shipments, accurate details such as street, house number, postal code, city, region/state and country are important.
