The bold red of the lantern stands out clearly from the light, natural tones of the tower. Below it are the dark base, the narrow external staircase, and fine architectural details that give the structure its unmistakable character.
Surrounding the lighthouse, bright sandy areas, dry dune grasses, and small plants define the landscape. Occasional reddish splashes of color pick up the hue of the lantern and connect the architecture with nature.
