Printing & Care

The motif is permanently transferred to the specially coated ceramic using the sublimation process. This keeps the surface smooth and reproduces the fine line drawing clearly. For long-lasting beautiful color reproduction, a gentle wash cycle is recommended. Hand washing can further support color brilliance.

Production & Shipping

The mug is made only after the order is placed. Whenever possible, production takes place near the delivery address to shorten transport routes. It is then carefully and securely packaged for shipping.
